Ensure That Your Files Are of Proper Quality

Before we can begin working with your files, it’s important to make sure that they are received in high-resolution. Please follow the instructions below about how to prepare your files before uploading them:

  • Ensure that your artwork has proper bleeds of 0.25” or 0.125”
  • Ensure that any die lines, perf indicators, or other dimensional or spot color or coating information is on separate layers from the artwork
  • We accept all PDF, EPS, PSD, IND, AI, PS, TIF, Quark documents
  • PDFs should not be saved as compressed PDFs or with the ’smallest file size’ option
  • Ensure that all fonts are outlined or collected/packaged up with the documents
  • Ensure that there are no missing image links
  • Images should preferably be at 300dpi. Lower resolution may suffice for extra large format printing. Contact us if your files are significantly lower than 300dpi
  • Collect all files, images, links, fonts, and documents into a single parent directory and zip it (compress) before sending to us to prevent corruption and decrease transfer time
